Thanks to the efforts of FHS students, 205 cards were signed during the Cards for Kids card drive!  Additionally, $100 in donations were made, which has been used to help cover the costs of shipping/postage of cards to places around the world.

This Friday, October 29th, Community Service Club is bringing its helping hands to a Halloween themed party at the senior center.  As its first out-of-school project, CSC has chosen to set up at and attend various senior celebrations throughout the year.  Selection is limited, as only ten students will be able to go each time.  To those students who have signed up to attend: please remember to get your field trip forms into Mr. Malacaria or Mrs. MacLean!

Next week, Community Service Club will be continuing the food drive (started by National Honor Society this week) before school outside of the library.  Students will be collecting donations on November 1st through November 5th.  Any non-perishable food items are greatly appreciated and will be donated to the Franklin Food Pantry.
