This upcoming Monday, November 14, is the first day of Franklin High’s Spirit Week! As mentioned on the announcements, and the huge calendar in Main Hall, the week starts off with Pajama Day.

It is really important for everyone to wear their Spirit Week outfits every day they can, not only because the winning grade gets an ice cream party, but also because it boosts school moral for the upcoming Homecoming football game, and dance next weekend. Plus, who wouldn’t want to dress down in their PJs for a lazy Monday morning?

To remind everyone what the upcoming “dress code” is, Student Government will be setting up the skeleton in the front lobby of the school, wearing what everyone should dress up as the next day. For example, last Friday the skeleton was dressed up in pajamas to remind everyone that this Monday is Pajama Day.

So, if you want to participate in Spirit Week, look out for the skeleton in the Main Lobby, and come to school dressed in your most outrageous clothes, as long as it fits that day’s theme! Just remember to keep following the dress code!
