Its a new year, vacation time is coming up. February and April both have time off of school where some families consider taking mini-vacations or college kids want to take road trips. All mostly slums that are street occupied and corrupt. The people own these streets roaming free with no law enforcement to enforce any type of law. Is it there choice? Do some of these cities like having to use the bathrooms in the streets. Our surplus items even so simple as a toilet is a luxury in area’s such as these. Money is always the topic when it comes to global discussion and these are some places in which the government of all parts of the world realized there is no income in these areas. At this point they realized investing there money into local maintenance and community help is not worth a pretty penny.
