Nine Million Dollar Naked Juice Lawsuit

Beware if you consumed a Naked Juice product between Sept. 27, 2007 and Aug. 19, 2013.

The family company PespiCo  was recently called out for their alleged misuse of health phrases and, if you consumed a Naked Juice product within the specified times, you may be missing out on a pocket full of cash.

All Naked juice products boast on their label that Naked Juice is “100% Juice,” “100% Fruit,” “From Concentrate,” “All Natural,” “All Natural Fruit,” “All Natural Fruit + Boosts” and “Non-GMO.”

A lawsuit claims that the Naked Juice products contain ingredients that are not “All Natural” and contain GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms). Some products are even being claimed to be made with genetically altered soy.

PepsiCo denies all claims, but agrees to a settlement that pays out up to $75 to Naked Juice consumers who can provide proof of purchase and up to $45 to those who can’t. Interested parties can file a claim here.
