As many students already know, Franklin High School’s annual Spirit week starts this Monday, November 14. FHS Student Government has revamped this year’s themes, so be sure to come prepared with some fresh spirit! The themes for each day are as follows:

Mon 11/14:  America Day

Tues 11/15:  College Day

Wed 11/16:  Decade Day (Sr & Jr 80s; Soph & Fr 70s)

Thur 11/17:  Color Rush

Fri 11/18:  Superhero Day

Mon 11/21:  Pajama Day

Tues 11/22:  White Out  

But the the spirit days aren’t the only thing to look forward to next week; Tuesday 11/15 marks annual Dodgeball Tournament and the Powderpuff tournament is after school on Thursday 11/17. If interested in either Dodgeball or Powderpuff, sign ups can be found in every student’s school email. Finally, to finish off the week, we’ll have the annual Pep-Rally during school on Tuesday 11/22.

Julia Hogan, a seasoned Spirit Week-er had a hand in planning the week this year.

“We are really trying to make this year’s spirit week the best one yet. We want everyone to come out in full force and be as spirited as they can each day.”  

With fresh themes and traditions still intact, next week is shaping up to be a great one!
