Sierra’s Brick Oven Pizza and Pub is set to open soon in the storefront where Noodles and Co. once stood. According to Jimmy Garabedian, the operations manager of the restaurant, “Our target opening date is within a few weeks if everything goes according to plan.”

Sierra’s will have everything from pasta dishes to calzones. A full menu is already posted in the window of the restaurant-to-be.

Don’t let the fact that Sierra’s is a self-proclaimed “pub” deter you. They are hoping to appeal to high school students by hosting fundraisers for FHS sports teams. This restaurant will be within walking distance of FHS, which makes it very convenient for grabbing lunch on a half day or a bite to eat after a sports practice.

Since Sierra’s Brick Oven Pizza and Pub is a family owned and operated business, they will be a lot more involved in giving back to the community than a typical chain restaurant.

So what’s on the menu? Garabedian states, “Our signature menu items will be our amazing brick oven pizza and our fresh chicken tenders.

In a town that is heavily saturated with places to grab a slice of pizza, how will Sierra’s fare? Will they be able to compete with the omnipresent Papa Ginos and Dominos, as well as Franklin favorites such as Central Pizza and Franklin House of Pizza? Pantherbook will make sure to give you a thorough review as soon as the restaurant opens.
