The network says that they can’t afford its “current financial model”. The main characters voice cast are being asked to cut their 8 million dollar per season salary 45% and word is that they did try to negotiate a 30% pay cut in return for part of  the show’s profits but were unsuccessful. This dispute has to be settled by the end of this year. Currently there are enough episodes to finish the twenty eleven- twelve T.V season. Other members of the casting crew are being asked to take  pay cuts as well. Is this could be the end of a popular culture cartoon or just contracting negotiating tactics?
