She has played a bewildered princess, a recovering drug addict in Rachel Getting Married, and a woman suffering from Parkinson’s in Love and Other Drugs but now Anne Hathaway is a bride? This is not a movie role however, and according to Access Hollywood, Anne Hathaway is engaged to her boyfriend, Adam Sulman of three years.

This is fantasic news for the young actress, since in 2008 her then-boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri pled guilty to 14 counts of fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering. Heartbroken, Anne talked to Access Hollywood in 2008 about her dreams of a white dress saying that, “I do think eventually–if I met the right person–I would get married.”

Now Anne has plenty to be happy about, esspecially her engagement ring. It is a “design collaboration between Adam and Kwiat Heritage jewels” reports Hathaway’s rep.

Coming up for Anne Hathaway is her new movie in which she plays Catwoman in “The Dark Knight Rises”. In today’s society, it is nice to see a public figure who young girls can aspire to be, and who takes love and relationships seriously.
