Recently administrators have discovered inappropriate and harmful language on the bathroom walls of both the ladies room and gentleman’s room. They ask for all students to stop the graffiti in the bathroom and to respect other students and the property of FHS. Recently the cafeteria bathroom facilities had to be repainted to cover up the inappropriate graffiti. When asked about how she feels about the graffiti on the bathroom walls, Miss Gannon responded by stating, “I feel that is it is disrespectful. Students should be taking care of the school property as if it were their own home. They would not write on their own bathroom walls. It also shows a lack of respect for other students, no one wants their business displayed in a public forum”. Administrators feel strongly about resolving this problem one step at a time and plan to monitor students bathroom use.
