(July 26th)–FALL SPORT REGISTRATION DATES SET
On Monday August 23rd, from 7:30-9AM, and Wednesday August 25th from 7:30-9AM the FHS athletic department will be hosting Fall Sport Registration. Both events will be held in the field house.

Student Athletes will not be permitted to participate until all paperwork is complete.

Parents and Players should bring the following:
1. Participation form with signatures
2. Copy of most recent physical

You may find these forms on this website or outside the AD’s office in the field house. Do not send these forms to your coaches or to the main office.

Payments for athletic fees will be done online Please use https://unipaygold.unibank.com/Customers.aspx. For cut sports, once the teams are selected, we will collect payment.  Football and Cross-Country will pay prior to participation
