The Franklin Girls soccer team opened its season with a shutout of Arlington Catholic.  Scoring for Franklin were Jen , , Noelle Smith, Kristi Kirshe, and Sarah Doherty.  Senior Goalie, Ellie Getchell recorded 7 saves in the shutout.
