Bruins Finally Out Of Slump, Look To Continue Win Streak Against Devils

After coming off a Stanley Cup Victory the Boston Bruins got off to a very slow start. After their 6-2 victory againstBuffalolast night they are starting to turn things around outscoring their opponents 30-12 in the past 5 games. A lot of the help is coming from the Bruins first rounder Tyler Seguin who is now tied for second most goals in the NHL with 11 and leads the league in plus minus.Seguinonly totaling 11 goals for all of last season is coming into his sophomore season red hot.

Milan Lucic who lead the team in goals last season with 30 is also off to a good start with 8 goals and 14 pts. Its still early in the season but the Bruins will be looking to get more from David Krejci who only has 3 goals in 12 games played.

The Bruins will look to extend their 5 game win streak when they host the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday. The Devils with a similar record to the Bruins are coming off a big shoot out win against the Washington Capitals, without their star forward Ilya Kovalchuck.
