Jess has been interested in journalism since she was young. She has always enjoyed watching the news in the morning and reading articles online or in the newspaper. Jess got immersed into her interest in High School when she took Digital Journalism during her Freshman year. Because she loved it so much, she joined Pantherbook her Sophomore year and has been a part of the club since. Jess even wants to study Journalism in college. Alongside writing for Pantherbook, Jess is an active member of the newly created French National Honor Society. Outside of school, Jess dances four days a week and on Sundays, she helps teach first and second graders at her Temple’s Sunday School. During the summer, Jess is a camp counselor at a sleepaway camp in the Berkshires.
