Some may consider this an upset, but this didn’t seem like an upset to me. The Terrapins got off to a much better start than UConn and they were forced to play the catch up game. Erica Ayala 23 points helped to propel Maryland past UConn. The strong defensive effort by Maryland also helped them win this game.
