Disney World is building a new value resort near Disney’s Pop Century resort. The hotel will be designed in four groups which will start off with Finding Nemo, then the Cars theme,followed by Lion King, and Little Mermaid which is almost done.  This resort will consist of 1,120 suites and 864 hotel rooms. Disney is hoping to grow the affordable market by attracting large families. Each suite can accommodate six people. There has been demand for connecting rooms and more than one generation groups.

Disney will have improved amenities than with the existing value resorts already there such as, Pop Century and All Star resorts. The first rooms will be available by May 31st 2012. With rates beginning at $94 for a regular room and $248 dollars per night for suites. Once again, Disney has found a way to bring more customers to their theme parks and grow their business!
