Student Profile: Kristi Kirshe

Kristi Kirshie senior at Franklin High School and star athlete has been recognized with various awards and offered scholarships for her soccer skills throughout her high school career.

Kirshe plays forward on the varsity girls soccer team at Franklin High School and has been recognized as a four year Hockomock All-Star and four year MVP.

Along with Kirshe’s achievements she has also received awards as: Co-MVP Hockomock League, All-Eastern Mass Team, All-State Team, Division 1 Player of the Year, All-Scholastic, All-New England, and All-American awards.

All were earned in her senior year of soccer alone.These awards are only some of the many achievements she has accomplished.

Even in her short four years at Franklin, Kirshe was able to help her team win States.

“It was one of the best moments in my life, something I dreamed of and I mean you can’t ask for anything more” says Kirshe.

Noticeably, Kirshe’s high school soccer career has been an overwhelming success with all of her achievements and state championship win.

Now, with college coming up, she has been offered a position on a soccer team at one of the top soccer schools, Williams College.

“I always knew I wanted to go to the best academic school that I could play soccer at and the coach contacted me and offered me a position on the team, so I had to take it” states Kirshe.

Kristi Kirshe’s soccer carreer and dreams have skyrocketted during her short time here at FHS.
