Plants, plants, and more plants!

It’s a plant party!

Green Team and Diversity Awareness Club are joining forces to host a plant night. The event will take place on Thursday, May 5th in the FHS cafeteria. It will run from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and surely is not to be missed!

For a $10 entrance fee at the door, guests will be able to decorate their own pot and plant wildflower seeds in it. These pots make for thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts and are perfect for summer!

For just a $10 donation, you will get to decorate a pot, plant some flower seeds, and support immigrant families in Franklin. (ARTEMISIA SAPAROFF)

Green Team will have water bottles and shirts available for sale. Plus, a delicious bake sale will also take place!

All proceeds from the event will go towards immigrant families in Franklin by purchasing new hydroponics and lighting for the FHS greenhouse. This will let the Green Team grow a diverse range of produce not offered in traditional grocery stores.

The clubs would love your support and hope to see you there!
